Roughest treatment of acne removal ever, one must have respect for our elderly. Bless her. She could be a mean old lady, but when she opened her eyes, i saw a grandmother’s kind loving eyes. I bet her grandchildren adore her! I bet she has some great stories and wisdom to share!

For an senior woman, making rips in the skin seems a little too harsh. That has got to hurt badly I don’t know what is worse. The skin condition this woman has or the scars she’ll be left with after this treatment. Poor woman. Way to many stabs and tears. I can’t imagine how painful that was in the ear! When it really only looked like it needed 1-2. No more. That was excruciating to watch. They were great pops. But could have been done way more gentle.

I can’t help but think that a #10 blade might have been better than the lancette. I just felt so bad for grandma. I think she deserved some gentleness in my opinion. But maybe it didn’t bother her. She seemed happy. Great video, but I really wish that you would have finished getting the ones in her ears. They were so big, and there were quite a few of them. When you are getting the ones in the ear you should really use a tool, because it would let you extract them easier, and you’d empty them a lot better. I also wish that you’d use an actual blade, so it doesn’t rip at the skin so much. Other than that it was a great video

this looked so rough to me! I truly hope this person wasn’t in any pain. They were awesome extractions, no doubt about that, but I would NOT be able to do that to my elders. I know it’s her job… I’m just speaking for myself. Love the pearl acne, especially when it’s gold! I know older skin can sometimes be tough but you were certainly rough with her.

That style of lancet is made for pricking fingers to get blood drops for tests. It’s not that sharp, and it’s not beveled, so it does not “slice”. It’s made for a single finger prick, then disposal. Single use. That’s also why it bends when you use it on thicker skin. Every puncture makes it duller and duller, and flinging it sideways rips through the skin (and bends the lancet). When skin is sliced by the proper tool, the edges of the skin can approximate along the clean cut edges. When you rip through it the edges are jagged and it takes the building of more scar tissue to heal. Might as well be using a safety pin or thumbtack.
